Recipe: Roasted new potatoes with oregano

  • 500 g of new potatoes, carefully washed
  • 5 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 2 lemons
  • a bunch of fresh oregano
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Whisk olive oil with lemon juice and minced garlic, add oregano leaves.
  • Combine the mixture with potatoes, set aside for half an hour.
  • Place in an oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with coarse salt and freshly ground pepper.
  • Bake at 200C for about 50 minutes.
