Recipe: Roasted new potatoes with oregano
- 500 g of new potatoes, carefully washed
- 5 tbsp. of olive oil
- 2 lemons
- a bunch of fresh oregano
- 3 garlic cloves
- coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Whisk olive oil with lemon juice and minced garlic, add oregano leaves.
- Combine the mixture with potatoes, set aside for half an hour.
- Place in an oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with coarse salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Bake at 200C for about 50 minutes.
