Recipe: Prawns with white wine
- 500 g of large prawns
- one onion
- 3 tbsp. of fresh oregano leaves
- 3 tbsp. of butter
- a cup of dry white wine
- juice of one lemon
- 1/4 tsp. of chili flakes
- salt, to taste
- Melt butter in a skillet, add diced onion and saute it.
- Add shrimp, season with chili and salt.
- Add wine, lemon juice and oregano.
- After 2-3 minutes increase the heat and cook until 1/3 of wine is reduced.
- Serve with fresh baguette.
