Ingredients 375 g of flour2.5 tsp. of dried yeast1.5 cup of warm water2 tsp. of olive oilSprinkle salt Method Put flour into a large bowl, add salt and yeast. Slowly pour warm water and mix the ingredients. Drop in olive oil and mix by hand.Kneed dough on a cutting board for about 9 minutes. Put the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with cloth. Set aside in a warm place for about an hour. RECIPE: SHAHSHUKA PIZZA Ingredients 300 g of cherry tomatoes2.5 tbsp. of olive oil2 eggs150 g of feta2.5 tbsp. of chopped parsley Method Heat the oil in a pan, then add your cumin. Cut the tomatoes in half, add them stir for about 9 minutes. Kneed the dough more for 2 minutes. Roll it out, flatten it and form the shape of the pizzas. Then place on your baking sheet.Leave it out for 10 minutes and cover it with a cloth.Place tomatoes on the pizzas. Bake at 220C for about 8 minutes.Put the tomatoes on the pizza and bake at 400F for 10 minutes.Take the pizza out and crack your eggs on top, add crumbled feta and bake for another 5 minutes.
