500 g of large prawns one onion 3 tbsp. of fresh oregano leaves 3 tbsp. of butter a cup of dry white wine juice of one lemon 1/4 tsp. of chili flakes salt, to taste
Recipe: Prawns with white wine
Melt butter in a skillet, add diced onion and saute it. Add shrimp, season with chili and salt. Add wine, lemon juice and oregano. After 2-3 minutes increase the heat and cook until 1/3 of wine is reduced. Serve with fresh baguette.
