How To Make Parsley Juice Step By Step?

This juice is very easy to make. Just peel the apple and cut it into small pieces, chop the parsley and then put it all together in the juicer. Once the juice is extracted, add the lemon juice, combine with cold water, and you're done!

You can also make this juice in a Vitamix, just add an extra glass of water because the texture will be much more reminiscent of a smoothie. Proceed in exactly the same way as with the juicer, adding extra water during blending.

INGREDIENTS 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Chop the parsley.
  3. Peel and core the apple, cut into small pieces.
  4. Squeeze the juice of a lemon.
  5. Place the apple and parsley in the juicer. Add them in batches, pressing with a tamper, until you have squeezed all the juice.
  6. Pour the juice into a pitcher or large bottle. Add the lemon juice and 2 cups of cold water, stir. Pour into 4 glasses and serve.
