Parsley Juice Recipe
- ½ bunch of fresh parsley
- 1 small apple, preferably green
- 1 lemon
- 2 cups fresh, cold water
- Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Chop the parsley.
- Peel and core the apple, cut into small pieces.
- Squeeze the juice of a lemon.
- Place the apple and parsley in the juicer. Add them in batches, pressing with a tamper, until you have squeezed all the juice.
- Pour the juice into a pitcher or large bottle. Add the lemon juice and 2 cups of cold water, stir. Pour into 4 glasses and serve.
